The story "Oakland cops mass before entering ambush area" both intrigued and worried me. If entire areas of Oakland are seeing the police as the enemy, and are creating ambushes to kill them, I am worried for the future of our city. I would really like to see a piece of investigative journalism that probes what Oakland residents (of some of our worst areas) really think about the police, and what the police are doing about this.
